Journaling Reads:  The year that Uncle Kit opened his bookshop in Saugerties he invited the entire family for Thanksgiving dinner in the shop. The building had once been a restaurant so there was a small working kitchen in the back and we set up tables between the shelves. While we were there he let us each choose any book we wanted. It was a memorable holiday for everyone.
